Updated 6/21/03 An intelligent operating system that is more like a smart assistant or servant. Any time the OS is damaged because a file is accidentally deleted or because of a virus attack, it automatically fixes itself (no more "The file ms.dll is missing"). It also automatically updates all software components (including third-party apps) via the net with the latest, most compatible versions. And the OS watches your moves and suggests faster ways to do things (for example, use a keyboard command to close a window rather than the mouse) and/or offers to automate tedius processes (you've been copying GIF files from folder A to folder B, would you like to copy all remaining GIF files from folder A to folder B?). Basically, an OS with artificial intelligence at its core with the purpose of doing as much tedius nonsense work for you as possible. An operating system that DOES NOT crash ... really! animated desktop screens, for example, a screen that shows a scene that reflects the weather outside ... raining, snowing, sunny, etc. |
